Our intern program is designed to give super talented individuals a thorough understanding of operations at a high-growth start-up. Under the supervision of senior members of the Customer Experience team, interns will have a direct impact on the company’s success through customer interactions, process improvements and special projects, while being exposed to all functional areas of the business.

What you'll do:

  • Support our Customer Experience team in providing "knock your socks off" customer service in person and over e-mail
  • Process customer orders effectively and efficiently
  • Help develop new processes to improve Warby Parker’s ability to serve customers
  • Work on special projects that align personal interests with company needs

Other details:

Start Date & Hours: Spring Semester. While we ask that you commit a minimum of 12-15 hours/week, we’ll happily work around your school schedule.

Compensation: This is a paid internship. For outstanding performers, there is also the possibility that your internship will result in a full-time employment offer. (Woo-hoo!)
